Summer Camp Participant Packet
Everyone attending summer camp must complete the 2014 Summer Camp Packet. Forms are due no later than April 23, 2014…no exceptions! We are unable to finalize camp registration without these forms. Please don’t forget to include a copy of your health insurance card if applicable. Please return directly to Michelle or to the parish office. Thanks!
